Emma LOVES going to church and watching Poppy play the drums.  Here is Emma practicing for the future.

Today Grandmother and I took Emma to the park after school.  It was very different than the last time Nana and I took her in March.  This time Emma loved swinging, sliding, climbing and being a dare-devil.  We were there for about 30 minutes and were soaking wet with sweat when we left.  It was a great time.  We will be doing it more often.  This also confirmed my thought of getting Emma a playset for the backyard.  Guess what she will get for Christmas and her birthday….

 

 

We spent Labor Day weekend enjoying a nice relaxing time at the lake.  Travis, Layne, Amanda, Lindsey and I went out on the lake and did a lot of skiing and wake boarding.  Emma had a great time on the boat and jet ski (on the driveway).  She even went for a toodle around the cove in the boat with Morgan.  We had a great time.  Emma enjoyed hanging out with Morgan and Logan.  Mo and Em made sugar cookies.  They did so good dipping them in sugar and placing them on the cookie sheet.  To bad Emma never slept at night.  Now that we are home, hopefully she will be back to her normal sleep schedule.
